We are an online store. Our Head office is located in Toronto, Ontario. All of our items are shipped from Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver, or Montreal.

We provide quick shipping from our Canadian warehouses to most regions in Canada for free! Shop from home and get it delivered directly to you at no extra cost.*

*Please note: additional shipping fees may apply to remote locations and rural areas such as NL and the following postal odes: A0K, A0P, A0Q, A0R, and X0A-Y9Z. We do not offer shipping to YT, NT, or NU.

We are able to ship to any Canadian physical address that includes a Street Number and a Street Name. However, we do not ship to Yukon, Nunavut & Northwest Territories.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to addresses that contain PO box, APO or FPOs addresses. We can only ship to physical home and business addresses within Canada. 

For Ontario and Québec, the standard delivery time is approximately 2-5 business days. Elsewhere in Canada it is 4-7 business days. Most shipments reach the intended destination within the delivery window; however, it is possible that a very small number of shipments may get delayed by up to 5 business days due to unforeseen delays.

Tracking numbers are issued within 2-5 business days of your purchase. Delays may occur if you have provided an incorrect or incomplete name or address.

Once we process your order for shipping, it can take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to load in the carrier’s system. Please contact our Customer Service department if your tracking information is still not available after 48 hours from shipping.

Large orders often come in multiple boxes. If your order is shipped in multiple boxes, you will receive a tracking number for each box and can follow the shipment status with the shipping provider.


Our warranty period depends on product category and item. The Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty may range from 30 to 90 days depending on the product. Some products do not have a warranty. Warranty windows are listed in the description for each item.

We guarantee that all products we sell are brand new. Please inspect your item immediately upon receipt and notify us within 48 hours in the unlikely event that you receive an item damaged in transit or defective. Contact us and we will be happy to assist you!
