Returns & Exchanges

We believe in our feature-packed, quality products, and are committed to your satisfaction. That’s why we are happy to provide easy returns and exchanges! If you would like to return your purchase, you can choose store credit, exchange it for a different product, or receive a refund to your original payment method. 

Returned products must be in new condition, unassembled, and returned in their original packaging along with all parts and accessories received with the original purchase. 

For SKUs formatted as “FF####”, these conditions apply:

  • Return window: Email your request within 30 days of your order date.
  • Change-of-mind returns: Our customers are responsible for the return shipping cost and may choose to use our discounted prepaid shipping label. 
  • Warranty-covered returns: In the case of an issue covered under our warranty policy, we will waive the return shipping fee. Exceptions may apply. 

For SKUs beginning with FFB, FFC, and FFE, these conditions apply:

  • Return window: Email your request within 10 days of your order date.
  • Change-of-mind returns: Our customers are responsible for the return shipping cost and may choose to use our discounted prepaid shipping label. A restocking fee of 10-30% applies at our discretion. Original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
  • Warranty-covered returns: Defects or damages must be reported by email within 5 days of delivery. Our warranty team will handle these issues case by case.

Email us at customerservice@fabfindsonline.ca with your order number and the product you would like to return.

Prepare your return

Once approved, package the product and all components in original packaging. Attach the provided return shipping label.

We'll pick it up

Let us know your return is ready and we will send a courier to pick it up within 1-2 business days.

Once received, our warehouse will inspect the condition of the product and verify the return. For exchanges/store credits, you will receive further information via email. Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to be processed. 

Please note: If you choose to arrange your own return shipping, a tracking number must be provided and the product must be verified by our team as delivered to our warehouse before exchanges or refunds are processed.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and any related shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Fab Finds Online is not liable for any expense or costs associated with lost or damaged returns and any carrier claims must be made by the customer.
