Shipping

We are a Canada-wide online store offering the convenience of delivery to your door to patrons all across Canada! Most of our items are shipped from Greater Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver, or Montreal.

We provide free, fast shipping from our Canadian warehouses to most regions in Canada! Shop from home and get it delivered directly to you at no extra cost.*

*Please note: additional shipping fees may apply to remote locations and rural areas such as the following postal odes: A0K, A0P, A0Q, A0R, and X0A-Y9Z. We do not offer shipping to YT, NT, or NU.

We are able to ship to any Canadian physical address that includes a Street Number and a Street Name (excl. Yukon, Nunavut & Northwest Territories).

Unfortunately, we can not ship to addresses that contain PO box, APO or FPOs addresses. We can only ship to physical home and business addresses within Canada.

For Ontario and QuĂŠbec, the standard delivery window is 2-5 business days. Elsewhere in Canada it is 4-7 business days. Most shipments reach their destination within the delivery window; you will receive tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Tracking numbers are usually issued within 1-2 business days of your purchase. Slight delays may occur if there are order modifications or confirmations required.

Once we ship your order, it can take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to reflect in the carrier’s system. Please contact our Customer Service department if your tracking information is still not available after 48 hours from shipping.

Carriers may deliver multi-package shipments on multiple days at their discretion. This usually resolves within 48 hours. You will receive a tracking number for each package and can follow the shipment status of each with the carrier.

Warranty

The Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty may range from 30 days to one year, depending on the product. The applicable warranty period is listed in the description for each item, and is subject to change at the discretion of Fab Finds Online and/or our supplying partners. Manufacturer warranty policies and terms are applied case by case upon receiving a warranty inquiry.

We guarantee that all products we sell are brand new. Please inspect your item immediately upon receipt and notify us within 48 hours in the unlikely event that you receive an item damaged in transit or defective. Contact us and we will be happy to assist you!
